Welcome to HD Press. These terms apply to your use of hdpresspuzzles.com (the “Site”) and the free puzzles and features we provide. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
About HD Press
HD Press publishes large-print puzzle books and operates this website from Australia, offering free interactive puzzles online. Our books are sold through Amazon; the Site itself does not sell or process payments for books.
Your account
Some features (such as the puzzle archive) require a free account. You agree to provide an accurate email address, to keep your login details secure, and not to share your account. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict access to account features, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, the Site is being misused, or doing so is necessary to protect the Site, other users, or HD Press. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, or redistribute our puzzles or content for commercial use;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site;
- use bots, scripts, or automated means to access account-only features or collect Site content at scale;
- use the Site for anything unlawful or harmful.
Our content
The puzzles, text, designs, and HD Press branding on the Site are owned by HD Press and provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may solve and print puzzles for your own use, but you may not republish or sell them.
Buying our books
Links to our books take you to Amazon, where any purchase is governed by Amazon’s own terms and handled entirely by Amazon. HD Press isn’t responsible for Amazon transactions, delivery, or pricing. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Emails and communications
If you create an account, subscribe to the newsletter, or otherwise give us your email address, you agree that we may send you account, service, and subscription-related emails. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option.
Changes to the Site
We may add, remove, pause, or change any part of the Site at any time, including puzzles, archive access, account features, emails, and other functionality. We are not obliged to keep any particular feature, puzzle, or section of the Site available.
No warranty
The Site and puzzles are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep things accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee the Site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HD Press is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the date at the top, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
